How to Use Your NutriLiv Weekly Meal Plan

Learn how to use your anti-cancer meal plan in NutriLiv.

Your weekly meal plan is the heart of the NutriLiv experience. It's a personalized, anti-cancer meal plan built around your cancer type, your treatment, your side effects, and your food preferences. It's updated each week and ready to guide your nutrition without the mental load of planning it yourself.

In this guide, we'll walk through everything you can do from your weekly meal plan screen, so you can get the most out of every day.

What You'll See on Your Weekly Meal Plan

When you open NutriLiv, you'll land on your weekly meal plan screen. Each day of the week has its own personalized plan built from the meals you selected during your initial health and diet survey.

Depending on what you chose, your plan may include any combination of:

  • Breakfast

  • Lunch

  • Dinner

  • Snacks

  • Tea

  • Juice, specifically an anti-cancer juice designed to deliver concentrated nutritional support

  • Nutritional supplements

Every meal you see has been selected to fit your unique profile. That means the recipes shown to you are filtered based on your disease type, current treatments, side effects, experience level in the kitchen, and nutritional preferences. You're not scrolling through a generic list. You're looking at a plan built for you.

Cook Days vs. Leftover Days

One of the most practical features of the weekly meal plan screen is how clearly it shows whether you'll be cooking on a given day or simply eating leftovers.

As you toggle between days, you'll notice that each day is clearly marked as either a cook day or a leftover day. This makes it easy to plan your week around the time and energy you actually have. If you know you have a treatment day or a busy afternoon coming up, you can see at a glance whether you'll need to cook or whether a meal from earlier in the week is ready to go.

For anyone navigating a cancer diagnosis, or caring for someone who is, this kind of built-in flexibility matters. It reduces daily decision-making and helps make anti-cancer nutrition sustainable.

Understanding NutriLiv Points (NP Score)

On every recipe image, you'll see a small box displaying the NP score, short for NutriLiv Points.

NutriLiv Points are our way of giving you a quick, at-a-glance measure of how nutritionally powerful a meal is. The higher the score, the greater the volume of anti-cancer ingredients packed into that recipe. It's a simple way to understand the impact of what you're eating, without having to dig into every ingredient list.

Over time, NutriLiv Points become one of the most motivating parts of the app. You can see your cumulative impact build, day after day and week after week.

How to Swap Out a Meal You Don't Love

Your meal plan is personalized, but taste is personal too. If a recipe or dish doesn't appeal to you, swapping it out takes just a few taps.

Here's how:

  1. From the weekly meal plan screen, tap the options menu

  2. Select Edit Current Plan

  3. Choose the meal you'd like to change on any day of the week

  4. Tap Change Main Dish or Change Side Dish

  5. Browse the list of available alternatives and select your new choice

Every dish offered as a swap has already been pre-filtered based on your survey responses, so you're only ever seeing options that align with your disease type, treatments, side effects, experience, and nutritional preferences. You can swap with confidence, knowing every alternative fits your personalized plan.

Why This Matters

The weekly meal plan screen is designed to do something simple but powerful: take the burden of daily food decisions off your shoulders, while making sure every meal supports your health. By combining personalization, clear cook-day planning, and the NutriLiv Points system, we're giving you a tool that makes anti-cancer nutrition approachable instead of overwhelming.
